Trio offers a New Year's event in a special setting with our signature menu, customized wine pairing and champagne with almond cake at 00:00.

Arrival between 18:00-19:30.

Lion´s Mane mushroom tempura with truffle emulsion
Hamachi ceviche with Leche de tigre
Sea scallops with walnuts & caviar
Skate wing "BBQ" with white kimchi sauce
Mushrooms with confit egg yolk & sorrel
Deer with beets, smoked bone marrow & black garlic
Apple & coriander sorbet with olive oil & mezcal
Plum & lavender granite with brown cheese parfait
 

Price: DKK 3,500 per person (incl. ticket fee)
 

The cocktail bar is open until 01:00, where it is possible to purchase additional cocktails, drinks, wine and champagne.
