Poor Man’s Menu

Ok guys and girls, There is something here that I can’t let pass.
We had an unconditional and invisible handshake that we would cook affordable food at Bente, and you would join us.

I know you all are smart and saving, but we also want to see you in January and have cute moments with you all.
I understand it’s a month when you normally don’t use restaurants too often, but let’s do the same as in July and agree that I will write a menu you can be a little more economically happy with.

Then you can still go à la carte if you want to have a wilder Friday. The January menu should be called "Poor Man’s Menu," but it should have some luxury that would make my grandma feel posh, so here it comes:

• Salted scallops, crispy bread, green apples, and chive oil 
• Young rooster With carrots, parsley root, onion, herbs, and fricassée sauce 
• Apple sorbet Apple compote, meringue, and crumble
