Bistro O Mat serves carefully cooked contemporary food prepared with respect to Scandinavian and French traditions. We choose the best seasonal products, preferably domestic, organic and locally produced

Our winelist focuses on European wines and includes wines produced organically as well as wines produced with respect to principles of sustainable development. Wine sets carefully combined with our menu assemblies always contain a rarity from our wine cellar.​

Our lunches are composed of popular and traditional home cooked dishes, prepared by modern and fresh means. Sundays are reserved for brunch when an abundant and variable buffet for starters and desserts are set, while the main course is served to the tables.
