StereoStreetfood brings us vibrant, innovative new generation street flavors, inspired primarily by the traditions and heritage of South America, but we are also inspired by other street food meccas around the world and use the talent of our local northern nature to create a flavor-packed street fusion.

Latin America is a mecca of very diverse land areas and cuisines of different nationalities.

Latin America can certainly be considered the mother of modern street food in the whole world, where the influences of another street food mecca, Asian cuisine, are very strongly represented in the cuisine of Peru, for example.

Local spices, herbs and all kinds of seasonings are what make this cuisine unique and give the world unique sauces, creams, purees, the bases of which are used in kitchens all over the world.
