The Team

SMAK restaurant is in downtown Tallinn, Estonia. The menu here was created by the talented chef Dmitri Rooz who represented Estonia at Bocuse d’Or, something that is often referred to as the Culinary Olympics. Rooz and his team only use premium ingredients that are sourced from carefully selected suppliers that are delivered by a highly trained front of house team.

Dmitri Rooz is on-site daily working with his team to create incredible food for everyone who visits SMAK cafe/resto. SMAK firmly believes in exceeding their guests and the team’s expectations wherever possible. Everyone part of the team here has the same goal, and everyone is hired based on values and attitude. For SMAK, it’s important to not only create a team but a family where everybody cares and supports each other.
