NOA Chef’s Hall offers an extraordinary fine dining experience by serving meticulously prepared dishes accompanied by an exhilarating wine selection. It is located by the sea on Ranna tee 3 with a view of the silhouette of the old town of Tallinn. They are open Wednesday to Saturday from 18:00-24:00.

The restaurant may be close to the water, but there is no sinking this place. The restaurant, which seats up to 80 guests, is remarkable for its location, architecture and interior design. The view is breathtaking, especially if you have the seats right by the windows that give you a panoramic view of the city and the Baltic Sea. Besides the view, you can find flavours here that are full of natural and fresh ingredients where even the smallest detail is custom made.

One of the best restaurants in Estonia

Noa Chef's Hall is considered to be one of the best restaurants in Estonia. According to the White Guide, it is the best restaurant in the Baltics (91/37) rating them on the global masters level. They have been nominated in the White Guide for ‘best restaurant’ in 2018, 2019, and 2020. Many have also stated that once the Michelin Guide comes to Estonia, Noa Chef’s Hall is a guaranteed Michelin star winner.

They were also featured on The World’s 50 Best Discovery list and who said this about the restaurant: “This is fine dining over flame. Immersive, inventive and impossibly good dishes include wild moose with fire oil and cheese, where lard is melted on a bed of coals and poured over the slivers of meat to cook.”

The Menu

They have one tasting menu, which is created by executive chef Tõnis Siigur and Head Chef Orm Oja. The menu changes based upon the seasons and availability of ingredients. On the menu ‘Omnivore,’ they have fish and meat as well as fresh vegetables and a variety of artisan sweets. All the eggs used in the dishes come from free-range chickens from Karjamõisa Talufarm.
