Four Hands Dinner: North Meets South

We invite you to an evening where two exceptional chefs unite the sun-drenched South and the grounded, earthy North in a collaborative menu.

 

The South will be represented by Chef Artūrs Linkevičs, whose palate was shaped in Michelin-starred kitchens across Southern France. His course: a refined take on the classic bouillabaisse, infused with basil and orange, and served with a saffron-poached egg, toasted brioche, and a sauce rouille.

 

The diversity of the northern nature will be presented by Barents chef Artūrs Trinkuns, whose culinary vision is rooted in the region’s seasonal rhythms. He will present a Northern-inspired dish of delicately smoked eel, paired with a crisp potato hashbrown and finished with fragrant dill oil, tangy sour cream, and a vibrant sorrel sauce for a fresh, herbal lift.

 

This meeting of two distinct culinary worlds and chefs will take place on June 13 at Barents restaurant.
