Once we got acknowledged and seated which took too long the rest of the experience was outstanding. Every course was exceptional and well explained by the waiter. Best sour dough I’ve had too! We did the wine pairing and each glass was delicious and again well paired and explained. I might not do the wine pairing again though because they (and the dishes) come out quite quickly so you end up drinking fast. Hangover was pretty bad the next day but worth it! I think just taking a bottle of nice wine is better. Will return for sure - a really special occasion with food you could never recreate at home.
