Our City break to Copenhagen was wonderful. Maple was the highlight of our dining experience. The food was outstanding. Cooked perfectly with quality ingredients. I had the mussels in a wonderful sauce followed by duck. The duck was just perfect . Soft inside with a little crispy skin. Creme brulee followed and this was as good as any I have had in my world travels.. I highly recommend Maple and will certainly eat there again if we ever return to Copenhagen.
