Diagonally opposite Vesterbro Torv at Brasserie SàiGòn they serve up Vietnamese with a French twist in beautiful and relaxed surroundings. Recently, the place was honored with 4 stars by Politiken's reviewer, who was extremely enthusiastic about both the food and the decor. The decor is classic and timeless with marble, wood and silverware on the white tablecloths. The menu includes both oysters, seafood, the classic Pho soup, grilled entrecote and much more. And there is also a small but delicious selection of cocktails if you are not into wine. The place is run by Dung Hoang and behind the pots is Anh Lê, who is an expert in Vietnamese cuisine.
