Fabro is your local pasta pusher. On a small corner in the heart of Copenhagen, the idea of simple Italian dishes at fair prices, was born in 2017.
Unique pasta dishes are served here, prepared with some of the best selected Italian products. The focus is on traditional Italian cuisine, but with room for creative expression and reinterpretation.
Fabro is created by three childhood friends, with a special attachment and love for Italian food and culture. The restaurant is named after the small village of Umbria, where one of the owners' Italian grandmother herself has developed several of the unique recipes used in Fabro.
The idea was created out of love for pasta and the need for a simple eatery in Copenhagen. The atmosphere is welcoming, cozy and informal, and directs your thoughts towards a classic trattoria in the streets of Rome.
The staff, which consists exclusively of close friends and family, will always do their best for you to enjoy your visit.
