A dream come true
Malsk Spisehus is a long-awaited dream that has come true for chef Dennis Lundgren. He was trained as a chef at Nimb in Tivoli in 2006 – since then, he has worked in many places and gained lots of experience for his CV - including from Dragsholm Slot, Skoemagerkroen and Elmely Kro. The ambition for Dennis Lundgren is to create a restaurant with quality, self-understanding, and seriousness from good, local ingredients.
A place to hang out day and night
Behind Malsk Spisehus, in addition to Dennis, are also three other owners: Andy Poulsen, Henrik Flindtholt and Jégwan Kaaber.
“We want our dining house to be a place where people love to come and hang out in the lounge for a glass of bubbles and a snack, or a delicious meal – both during the day and in the evening. But we also hope our local companies will enjoy having their meetings and events here,” says Jégwan Kaaber, the company's CEO.
Malsk Spisehus also hosts various events on an ongoing basis.

You will find Malsk Spisehus in Slagelse by Trelleborg Golf Club on Oksebrovej. Malsk Spisehus is about pure coziness in the form of delicious food, good wine by the glass and a warm atmosphere every day. The surroundings around the golf club are in themselves worth a visit. If you are a bit of a golf fanatic, you can combine a trip on the green plains with sublime gastronomy in the restaurant afterwards.
