Three Michelin stars

According to Rebecca Burr from Michelin the restaurant received their third star because of their chef Rasmus Koefoed. He is "a great craftsman, highly talented, but also humble as a person. He seems to have an innate gift where nothing is forced or exaggerated," she says to Politiken. She adds: "It looks like he is surrounded by the perfect team among others his restaurant manager (Søren Ledet, ed.), who are just as professional and dedicated as Rasmus Kofoed himself. Some of the dishes I've got through many years have just been lifted to the next level at Geranium. It was the right time for a third star. "
