Bistro Lupa is developed by the team behind Restaurant Ark.

Lupa is a bistro re-envisioned. Focusing completely on plant based cuisine, with a high level of craftsmanship and friendly service.

Their food takes inspiration from seasons, our local environment but also across the globe.

Between t chefs, Brett and Joel, the two of them they have more then 25 years experience in the hospitality industry, and have worked in a number of exciting restaurants, both here in Copenhagen but also on an international stage, crossing off the challenges of two Michelin starred restaurants, Realis and Chateaux, and Grand Tables Du Monde experience.

Lupa represents protection, leadership, spirit and the importance of social connections.
