I have been a patron of Cafe Europa since it opened in 1989 and yesterday was a very disappointing experience. We ate inside the restaurant. Some of the waiters seemed indifferent, inattentive, meaning looking more at what's going on in the street than around at their customers. The food looked like it had been prepared in the morning - look flat and boring. The caesar salad had way too much mayo dressing. It just didn't look fresh. A really disappointing experience. And it's been like this for awhile, gradually going down hill but yesterday was the worst. Please, get that feeling back. Prepare your food when ordered. Smile at your customers.
